RULES AND EXPECTATIONS, Main Street Lounge MEMBERSHIP
Main Street Cigar Lounge is a private membership club and exists for members to enjoy premium cigars, quality company and pleasant conversation.
We are a member friendly club, open to both female and male members and guests who are at least 21 years of age.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS AND GUEST POLICY
1.) Only members in good standing will be admitted to the Main Street Cigar Lounge
2.) All members will be issued a membership key card. It is the responsibility of the member to bring their card to gain access to Main Street Cigar Lounge. It is not the responsibility of staff members to allow member access to the lounge areas. Any lost or misplaced cards will be subject to replacement cost specified in the locker agreement.
3.) Failure to pay the membership fee for which one contracts will result in the member being suspended and hence, ineligible to use the Lounge.
4.) Membership can be suspended or revoked by management for failure to comply with the Lounge rules or State or Federal law.
5.) Main Street Cigar Lounge is a BYOB establishment. Members and Patrons of the shop are permitted to bring their choice of alcoholic beverages to enjoy responsibly. The Lounge will provide the appropriate glassware, mixers and other beverage needs (ice) that may be required. Professional bartenders and complimentary drinks will be provided during official Lounge events. Please be aware that part of compensation for the attendants are service based tips.
6.) Members are allowed to bring a MAXIMUM of 2 guests. All guests must be accompanied by their sponsoring member at all times. Members are solely responsible for the behavior of their guests.
7.) Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to enter or remain on the premises. No alcoholic beverages will be sold on the premises. We remind all members to not drink and drive.
8.) Boisterous or indecent conduct will not be allowed or tolerated in the lounge or on the premises. Fighting will be grounds for immediate dismissal from the membership with no refunds.
